How it works:
We allocate our paraplanning and admin staff to your practice on a full time basis that are dedicated exclusively to you. They work in your practice under your direction and complete the work allocated by you just like a normal full time staff member.
Paraplanning staff:
Felcorp paraplanners are trained and have minimum years of experience to qualify for placement with our practices. We prepare all advice documents, SoAs, RoAs, strategy and modelling reports etc. We also prepare strategy research, modelling and writing in all areas of advice. There is no restriction to areas of financial advice we prepare for financial planners.
Admin staff:
Our admin staff are also trained and experienced. We normally prepare all product implementation forms such as super rollovers, insurance applications and investment switches for example. Our admin staff also do data entry, general form filling, preparation of compliance documents such as FDS and advice agreements.

Felcorp staff work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (India Standard Time). This is approximately 2-5 hours behind Australian timezones depending on which state your reside.
Our staff are located in Chandigarh, India as well as Bangalore, India.
No, our staff do not contact your clients without you specifically asking us to do so.
What Felcorp does:
1. All staff are employees of Felcorp and we manage all payroll and HR responsibilities as well as all ongoing performance management such as training, KPIs and practice workflow.
2. We manage the staff everyday on your behalf and facilitate the relationship between our staff and your practice so issues are resolved, software access is properly set up and timelines are adhered to. We have team leaders and division managers to ensure that exactly what you want gets delivered in the format and process you desire.
3. We are therefore providing a professionally managed staffing service with formal management procedures in place to ensure work is completed to the standard of an Australian paraplanner or admin assistant.

With every allocated staff member, there is always a team manager looking after them and ensuring both client and staff needs are met.
If you are not happy with the management of the staff or allocated staff member, we can discuss methods to improve the service, allocate a different staff member or cease working with Felcorp, if you choose to do so.
All jobs are reviewed by our experienced team leaders and senior management. Our senior managers are heavily involved in our clients' workflow to ensure that timelines, processes and quality standards are met.
1. Send us your strategy file note or paper
We do not require paraplanning requests. We ask you to please send us your strategy paper or file note that briefly outlines the strategies, the reasoning behind them and the model investment portfolios you want to use.
2. We review the strategy and prepare a detailed strategy confirmation document
Once we've received the strategy paper, we prepare our strategy confirmation document. Essentially, this document is a barebones SoA that includes all the strategies that will be prepared in the SoA , what the core reasoning is and other key components such as projection assumptions and values. We ask you to confirm each section of our document as this is the content of the final advice document.
3. You confirm strategy document and we commence document preparation
After you have signed off on the confirmation document, we then prepare the advice document and submit you the draft. From time to time there are minor amendments to be made. Rarely, do we have to re-generate an advice document unless the client circumstances have changed.

Our clients have said that paraplanning requests are time-consuming. By the end of writing everything in, they could have written the SoA themselves.
Our strategy confirmation notes are designed to be approved within 15 minutes.
We ask that when formulating strategies you give us valid reasoning so that when preparing the strategy we have strong foundational reasons that are logical and in line with client goals.
Jobs usually take 1-3 business days to be finalized. Sometimes longer for larger or more complex advice modeling.
Using the Felcorp App for daily communication:
For everyday communication, we recommend utilising the Felcorp Support app as our team leaders and senior managers are included in the workflow discussions to ensure timelines and quality controls are adhered to.
Using your preferred communication platform:
If you have your own preferred communication system such as Microsoft teams or Slack, we can bring our staff into your communication environment.
How the contract works:
1. Our contract has an initial 3 month set up period then reverts to a month-to-month agreement. Simply, if you wish to part ways with us for any reason, give us 1 month's notice.
2. As it is month-to-month, you can scale up or scale down additional staff without hesitation or retribution.
3. We structure our contract on the same terms as our relationship with you which is based on a trust and transparency.
