Terms and Conditions of our full time staffing agreements

Full time staff

Full time staff

Our staff located in India work Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (India Standard Time) from our office locations.


Agreement

After our 3 month initial set up period, our agreement continues month to month for our full time staffing support service.


30 day notice to change, pause or terminate agreement

To change the agreement by adding staff, removing staff, temporarily pausing the agreement or terminating the agreement completely, we require 30 days notice.

Staffing fees and payment

Fees

Our staffing fees will always be confirmed in writing before commencement of agreement. Fees are broken down into monthly payable with GST component shown. All fees are in AUD.


Annual fees increases

Our fee increases are limited to a maximum of 5% every 12 months. Our fees are capped throughout the 12 month period where no changes to the agreement occurs.


Invoicing and Direct Debits

Payment of our service is either through payment by monthly invoice raised by Felcorp or separately agreed direct debit arrangement. Direct debit can be structured in weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.


Non-payment

If Felcorp fails to receive payment after 30 days from invoice raised or agreed direct debit transaction date, we will pause the service until payment is resolved.

Handling and security of information

Storage and management of practice and client information

Storage of your practice or your client's information with Felcorp will only be held in the Felcorp Support app which you are invited to. We do not hold any data on local drives, desktops or have your data held in a private file storage system that you do not have access to.


Restricted access to practice and client information

Only approved employees of Felcorp have access to your practice or your clients information. These approved employees include Felcorp management personnel and your allocated support staff. No other staff have access to your client files and all client files are stored on the Felcorp Support app which you have access to.


Handling of data on termination

We will return all client information back to you within 1 month or agreed termination date and erase all data after that. We do not hold data for any ceased client after 1 month.

Adherence to Australian Privacy Principles

Privacy and confidentiality in line with Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988)

Felcorp in agreement with you will:


  • Hold all confidential information in strict confidence and must not disclose any of it to any person outside of Felcorp's primary purpose,


  • Understand and adhere to Australian Privacy Principles (PrivacyAct 1988) and any other privacy laws,


  • Share, transfer, grant access, view, download data only with the authorised persons of Felcorp,


  • Use, handle, store, transfer, send and access the data for the exclusive purpose Felcorp is engaged and not for any other purpose,


  • Store information in a manner that would not allow anyone other than Felcorp or approved persons to gain access to any confidential information,


  • Ensure that before disclosing any information to an approved person, they are made fully aware of the nature of the confidentiality and agree to be bound and abide by the identical terms and conditions.

Non solicitation of your clients or our staff

Our agreement to you - no solicitation of your clients

Felcorp will not accept any appointment or engagement with or render any services to your clients at any time during the agreement and at least 4 years after the termination of the agreement.


Your agreement with us - no solicitation of our staff

You agree not to solicit or directly employ Felcorp staff during our agreement and at least 4 years after the termination of the agreement.
