Director

Tobias is the founder of the group and oversees the entire Australian and Indian operations.


He is based in Sydney and regularly travels across Australia to visit our clients in person.


Tobias assists our clients with business process set up to ensure a smooth and stress free onboarding.

Mark Livingston

Director

Mark provides Felcorp with strategy oversight and assists in the management of the operations alongside Tobias.


He is located in Sydney and serves as our in-house legal counsel.


Mark also sees clients with Tobias and assists in the logistics and professional development of the staff to adhere to best practices operations.

Manjit Kaur

Operations Director

Manjit manages our entire Indian operations team and provides leadership to our office locations across India.


She is located in Chandigarh, India and provides in-person professional development and assistance to new and existing staff.


Manjit implements our regular training program across the offices and supervises this process.

About Us

How we first started in 2017

Felcorp initially started as an onshore outsourcing operation in 2017 with a few Australian-based staff assisting Tobias to provide financial planning support to advisers across Australia.


As we kept growing, we found it increasing difficult to attract staff to come onboard that had some baseline experience.


It was from this point that Tobias ventured into offshoring in 2019 and met Manjit. Together we began experimenting and trialling a potential solution to a problem that Tobias and many other business faced - finding experienced staff.


A partnership was formed and Felcorp Support was officially created.

Opening our first office in India 2020

As Felcorp kept growing by winning more contracts, we started to hire more trained staff. Over our first year, we invested heavily in our training and service deliverables to provide an offshore outsourcing service that was half the price of an equivalent Australian staff member at 95% the same quality.


We achieved this milestone and put on 15 new staff in our first year of Indian office operations.


While we certainly had a tough time fighting the Covid lockdowns both here in Australia and in India, we continued to market our service and astonishingly grow the Felcorp business at a rate that we didn't think was possible. 

Offering accounting support in 2021

After the successful year we had in financial planning support, we had increasing enquiries from financial planners that also operated their own accounting practice. They asked if we could provide Senior Accountants to support that business.


We ventured into this space and began solidifying the processes, developing our communication software and started to diversify the growth of the business with an additional service offering.


At this time, the business was getting larger with over 25 staff in India and Tobias brought on Mark Livingston as a partner and  director to help grow the business.

...and here we are today

We've developed Felcorp to a point over the years where we are quite confident in saying that we're providing one of the strongest and most efficient  professional services offshoring support businesses in Australia.


We have invested thousands of dollars in staff training, management training, HR and communication so we can provide as close as possible to a perfect service.


Our ultimate goal is to provide a stable, value driven and scalable service that bolts into our clients business without all the hassle, stress and instability that is present with other offshore staffing providers in the market.
