Everything you need to know about our administration staffing support service.
Quick Overview of the service
1. What jobs can we do
We do all implementation, data entry and ad-hoc administration tasks you require us to do. As a minimum of our service, all our staff are trained in financial planning administration skills for product rollovers, insurance applications, FDS and advice agreement creation. If there is anything specific or out of scope, simply record a short video and show the team how it's done.
2. How to communicate with the team
You can get set up on the Felcorp App and send our team chat messages and schedule video calls to get the work completed to your exact instructions.
3. What our fees are
Our fees range between $2,500 and $3,025 per month including GST depending upon level of candidate experience and volume of staff with Felcorp.
4. How the contract works
Initial 3 month set up period then reverts to a month to month agreement. Staff work full time 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (India Standard Time) amounting to 160 productive hours per month.
1. Administration areas
What our staff are trained in
As a minimum of our service, all admin staff are trained in software data entry, research calls to product providers as well the full suite of superannuation, investment and insurance applications. This means that our staff require no training in financial planning activities expected of an experienced admin support assistant.
Training the team in areas outside of our specialised areas
For specific tasks that our staff are not trained in such as practice administration, invoicing, marketing administration or lead research for example, you can quickly create a 5-10 minute Loom video and send us the video instructions. Our team will get on top of the new task and complete those tasks going forward.
Out of scope tasks
We do not limit training or exposure to activities you wish to be completed outside of financial planning as long as our staff are reasonably qualified to do those tasks and risks are mitigated where possible.
2. How to communicate with the team
Using the Felcorp App for daily communication:
For everyday communication, we recommend utilising the Felcorp Support app as our team leaders and senior managers are included in the workflow discussions to ensure timelines and quality controls are adhered to.
Using your preferred communication platform:
If you have your own preferred communication system such as Microsoft teams or Slack, we can bring our staff into your communication environment.
3. What our fees are
Admin Support
$3,025/mo
Price includes GST. Fees are in AUD.
Volume discounts available.
Full time trained admin staff between that have a high level of attention to detail and initiative to follow up on outstanding tasks.
4. How the contract works
How the contract works:
1. Our contract has an initial 3 month set up period then reverts to a month-to-month agreement. Simply, if you wish to part ways with us for any reason, give us 1 month's notice.
2. As it is month-to-month, you can scale up or scale down additional staff without hesitation or retribution.
3. Full time staff work 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (India Standard Time) amounting to 40 productive hours per week.
4. 30 day notice of termination of service.
